Why Difficulties Come in Life and the Hidden Disadvantages of an Easy Life

Introduction:

Life is a journey in which every human being goes through different stages. Sometimes this journey is full of joys and sometimes of sorrows. Sometimes the paths feel smooth and sometimes so difficult that a person thinks that it is probably not possible to move forward anymore. But if we try to understand it deeply, we realize that these difficulties are actually the real beauty of life. These are the tests that make a person strong, give him a sense of reality and lead him to success.

Why are difficulties necessary:

The world system was not designed in such a way that everything is easy to get. If there is no pain in life, a person would never try to grow or learn. Difficulties do not break a person but build him up. They awaken the spirit of courage, patience and tolerance within him. When a person goes through a problem, he does not just face the problem but also recognizes the hidden strength within himself. This is the strength that forms the basis of his success going forward.

Difficulties teach us that nothing in life lasts forever. Neither happiness nor sadness. Every moment changes. This feeling makes a person grateful. If everything was always easy, a person would never be grateful. He would start considering every blessing as insignificant. But when a sorrow or trial comes, he realizes how great a blessing ease is.

The purpose of life's tests:

Allah Almighty has made man the best of creation, that is, superior to all creatures. But this status is not given only on the basis of appearance but also on the basis of intellect, patience and ability to make decisions. This is why man's tests are also more than other creatures. The purpose of difficulties is not to hurt a person but to train him. Just as an iron burns in fire and becomes a sword, similarly a person becomes stronger after going through difficulties.

Some problems definitely come in every person's life. Sometimes financial problems, sometimes relationship tests, sometimes health problems. All these do not come because a person is unlucky, but so that he can learn something. Allah Almighty does not burden a person beyond his capacity. If a difficulty has come, it means that the person has the ability to bear it. He just needs to recognize it.

Lessons learned from difficulties:

Difficulties make a person realistic. When life is easy, a person lives in dreams. He thinks that everything will always be the same. But a difficult moment makes him face reality. He understands how impermanent life is and how to spend it with gratitude.

The second important lesson is patience. Patience is a skill that can only be learned in difficult times. When everything is going well, there is no need for patience. But when things go wrong, this patience gives a person courage. A patient person is never weak, but he is the strongest from within.

The third lesson is hope. Hope in difficulties is the lamp that shows the way in the darkness. When a person is disappointed, this hope makes him stand up again. He knows that after every night, morning will definitely come.

Disadvantages of an easy life:

Many people wish that their life would be completely easy. There would be no sorrow, no worries. But if that happens, would a person really be happy? An easy life seems attractive, but in reality it makes a person weak.

When everything starts coming without effort, a person loses his sense of value. He starts taking things for granted. For example, if a person always lives in a comfortable environment, he does not realize the importance of hard work. He cannot tolerate even a little trouble. As a result, whenever a small problem arises, he breaks down.

Another disadvantage of an easy life is that the creative abilities within a person fall asleep. Struggle is the passion that forces a person to find new ways. When there are no challenges in life, a person has no purpose to grow. He just starts wasting time. There is no excitement or joy in such a life.

Example of a life without difficulties:

If you always keep a tree in a shady place, protect it from rainwater, and protect it from strong winds, it will never be able to develop strong roots. As soon as a little wind comes, it will fall. But the tree that can withstand strong sun, rain, and wind is strong. In the same way, a person can never become strong without difficulties.

Excess of ease and weakness of the soul:

When everything is easy in life, the soul of a person becomes arrogant. He feels that he is doing everything himself. He starts forgetting his Lord. But as soon as a difficulty comes, a person bows down, prays, and learns humility. This humility makes a person human. Therefore, an easy life seems to be a source of happiness, but in reality it weakens the soul of a person.

Success without difficulties is incomplete:

If we look at the most successful people in the world, one thing will be found in common that they all went through some difficult period. Some had no money, some faced failure, some were rejected by society. But they did not give up. They learned from difficulties, fell but got up again. Today, the same people are examples of success. This clearly shows that no great story is complete without difficulties.

The positive side of difficulties:

We often consider difficulties as misfortune. But if we look at it from a different angle, every difficulty hides a lesson, an opportunity. Sometimes it is an opportunity to understand ourselves, sometimes to know the truth about the people around us. It is only in times of difficulties that we find out who is our true supporter and who is only close for interest.

The relationship between patience and gratitude:

Patience in difficulties and gratitude in ease, this is the balance of life. If a person is only grateful in happiness and complains in sorrow, he can never progress spiritually. The real test is when things go wrong and yet a person trusts his Lord. Such a person never remains empty-handed.

An easy life makes a person heedless:

When there is no trouble in life, a person's heart starts to be heedless. He remains engrossed in the world and forgets the purpose of life. Difficulties remind us that this world is temporary, the real life will begin after that. This feeling keeps a person on the right path.

Happiness gained through difficulties:

This may seem strange, but the truth is that the happiness gained after difficulties is the deepest and truest. Only when a person succeeds after a long struggle can he understand the taste of happiness. If everything comes easily, the feeling of happiness disappears. That is why difficulties actually make happiness valuable.

Balance of life:

Neither complete ease nor complete difficulty is possible in life. Both are necessary. Ease gives peace and difficulty strengthens a person. If there is only ease, a person's journey stops. If there is only difficulty, he breaks. Life is the name of the balance between the two. A person who understands this balance is never disappointed.

Conclusion:

The coming of difficulties in life is not a misfortune, but it is a blessing that makes a person better. Every sorrow, every trial, every failure has a new lesson in itself. If we learn to tolerate these difficulties and learn from them, no force can stop us from succeeding.
